To whom does the pedestrian bridge belong, the square in front of the subway station, the open space between the apartment blocks? Who owns the city? At home, parents set the rules. Here, what they paid for is on the table. But outside, on the street, the rules are not yet established. Here, we negotiate anew and fight together for the city.
